About Us

Kent’s Ecstatic Dance movement was founded by Hannah Chrystal. Her dream was to create a unique, sober music and dance experience. Since Jan 2023, Ecstatic Dance Kent has developed into a collaborative community event led by Hannah, Charlotte and Lewis, a team of passionate DJs, therapeutic practitioners, and friends.

 

Together we use our combined skillset to transform spaces with psychedelic visuals, live percussion and state-of-the-art sound equipment. We are supported by an A class team of guest DJ's, friends and volunteers whose energy enriches each event.

At Ecstatic Dance Kent we vision a world where community and connection come first. We create the space to lay down our weapons and woes, remembering what it is to be Human. We aim to continuously dream up experiences that allow unique expressions of music and movement, returning us to ancient wisdom and the way of the indigenous heart.

 

This is a sacred rebellion.
